StayLedgerHotel Management ERP System with Customer Booking Platform
StayLedger is a comprehensive Hotel Management ERP solution featuring dual interfaces: a powerful enterprise management system for hotel operations and a customer-facing booking website. The platform was developed to address the complete lifecycle of hotel business management—from reservations and guest management to financial operations and staff administration—while providing customers with a seamless online booking experience.
 
The system consists of two integrated applications: an administrative ERP platform built with Laravel 11 backend and React 18 frontend for internal operations, and a public-facing booking website enabling customers to browse rooms, check availability, and complete reservations online. The architecture features a comprehensive database design with 40+ tables supporting complex business logic, containerized deployment through Docker, and production-ready infrastructure for scalability and multi-property management.

Scope of Work
  • Built RESTful API using Laravel 11 with Laravel Sanctum for token-based authentication
  • Designed and implemented 40+ database tables with complex relationships and data integrity
