Refund Policy

HindukushSoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is committed to your satisfaction. We offer a full refund if you are not satisfied with our delivered services or work, subject to the following terms:

  • Scope: This refund policy applies to all software and services provided by HindukushSoft, including web development, app development, software development, graphic design, and digital marketing projects.
  • Eligibility: You may request a full refund if the final deliverables do not meet the agreed specifications, quality, or scope outlined in our project agreement. Refunds are intended for cases where the service or product is unsatisfactory or fundamentally does not match the agreed-upon requirements.
  • Request Procedure: To initiate a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the final deliverables. Send a written refund request by email to contact@hindukushsoft.com. Include your project reference or invoice number and a clear description of the reasons for dissatisfaction.
  • Review and Resolution: Upon receiving your request, we will review the issues and may offer to revise or correct the work. Our goal is to resolve any concerns to your satisfaction. If we cannot address the issues to your satisfaction, we will approve the refund.
  • Refund Process: Once approved, we will process the full refund within 7 business days via the original payment method or an agreed alternative (for example, bank transfer). No fees or deductions will be applied to the refund amount.
  • After Refund: Upon issuing a refund, you agree to cease using any deliverables (such as software, designs, or reports) provided under the project. If requested, you must delete or return any copies of the work provided by HindukushSoft.
  • Limitations: Refund requests made after the 14-day period are not eligible. This policy does not cover changes you request after acceptance of the final deliverables, or issues arising from requirements not communicated in the original agreement.

Welcome to the official team registration for the HindukushSoft Chitral AI Challenge Hackathon 2026.

Each team must consist of a minimum of 2 members and a maximum of 4 members. Please complete all required information carefully before submitting your registration.

You will also be asked to provide details about your proposed project, the problem you aim to solve, and your proposed AI-based solution.

Team Information
